The New Brunswick Legislature is going to be open for business in a few weeks and most of the Politicians will be confronted and asked about this issue.
If those Cops lied to the Internet Provider to gain my IP address?
This means they lied with their testimony in Court and many people must be in jail because of these Racists Cops!!!
Maybe the Government supports this sort of raid against New Brunswickers???

Bernard Richard gave his report to the City Weeks ago but nothing to the Public!!! Shouldn't the public have a right to know the verdict of Bernard Richard???
He got paid $40,000 for what????
Now there's word that those Cops might raid my place AGAIN by orders of Dan Bussieres under Criminal Code 300 because I called him a Fascist and other names!!!
Scary stuff!!!
I might add nobody from the Fredericton got suspended for raiding my little place. ....especially Racist Cop Cpl. Bobbi Simmons-Beauchamp!!!
But the bottom line is this!!!
IF IT HAPPENED TO THIS BLOGGER??? WHICH OTHER PERSON DID IT HAPPENED TO THAT WE WILL NEVER HEAR ABOUT???
Don't forget there were 12 people charge under 301 and one other is still pending!!!

CCLA keeps watch as Fredericton Police Chief attends to information request

The Fredericton Police Chief recently sent word to the CCLA that he intends to fulfill its Request for Information with respect to criminal defamation investigations in the jurisdiction.
On February 29th, 2012, following the arrest of blogger Charles LeBlanc under criminal defamation provisions, CCLA sent the Police Chief a formal Request for Information under New Brunswick’s Right to Information and Protection of Privacy Act. CCLA asked for information on the number of criminal defamation investigations the Fredericton Police Force has undertaken in the last five years, as well as the number of criminal defamation charges it has laid and the disposition of those charges. The Police Chief’s office confirmed receipt of the faxed request on March 1, 2012. On March 7, 2012, CCLA received notice from the Police Chief that data is currently being gathered in view of responding to the formal request.
CCLA expects to receive a response within the required 30 days.

I hate to be the bearer of bad news, but I think the police chief retiring to a cushy pension is about all you're going to see happen regarding this abuse.
On the one hand, it's a lot more than most of the less fortunate race could expect...
On the other hand, there's probably not too many Fredericton cops who would hesitate to do it again to you.
Sort of like how America tries to elect a new leader to replace Bush but just gets stuck with more corporate theft and drone killings.
Modern day authority is all about putting on sincere looking masks while they sharpen their knives and eye up your fat.

As far as I can tell, for the people and 'leaders' of Fredericton and New Brunswick - protecting 'law and order' means overlooking false charges of child pornography against antagonistic bloggers.
I wish I were wrong, and hope you can stir it up another notch, but they'll just toss you in the jail again without your inhaler and get what they really want (zero publicity for official corruption & hypocrisy).
