Yes, it does look horrible. It used to be such a pretty building. So how did this carbuncle get planning permission anyway Mr Woodside?

Yup, the days of the Cosmo, That is an era that is long gone. The Brown Derby, the Rolling Keg. What's is interesting that as a community we have become so much more anal since those day's. Its us old farts who remember who much freedom that we have lost since then.

As far as physical appearance, it does make the little building on the left appear out of place. I wonder if the architect modeled his/her design after the centennial building, I don't know if it just me but I do see some similarities between the Centennial building and this little guy.

Rumors have it that the top floor is Charles Leblanc's new office space so that he can have the latest technologies to produce his blog and keep vigilance over the racist, fascist, KGB police and that alcoholic, megalomania sergeant at arms dude, the same one who had the opportunity to place marijuana in the late former Premier Hatfield's carrying bag.

Looks great. The snobs might not like it but a modern facade is overdue.

They need the room to collect all the paper entries for the "Ugliest Downtown Fredericton Building Contest".

But my #1 vote goes to the Department of Education building on King Street (beside McGinnis Landing). It is so ugly people call it the "cube".
