Do you know the youth who was bullied at Leo Hayes ?

Do you know that the bulling got so bad that his family had no other choice then have to send him out of province to attend another high school? What about him and his family and his friends he had to leave behind ?

How do you think it makes them feel that you think its ok to post something like this .

What about the tragic cases of Canadian children who have died or been seriously impaired by bullying.

Instead of being part of the problem Mr. Leblanc maybe you should do something positive like raise awareness of the seriousness of bullying problems for both children who bully and children who are victimized; 10:36 PM, February 26, 2012
Eric said...: A neighbour's son is currently in the process of being moved to another elementary school because the bullying has gotten so bad. Even the teachers have taken to making the kid feel bad about himself. It's not normal for a child under 10 to suffer from depression.

I think it's a perfect analogy. If people weren't so passive and actually gathered around the bully and loudly pointed out that what they are doing is unacceptable, things might improve.

One argument from actual students was that the 'bullies' don't seem to realize what they are doing is bullying. So, point it out to them, loudly, and blatantly. Call a spade a spade.

Blaming charles blog for being part of the problem is really going out on a limb. Charles knows all about bullying, look at his record with the Fredericton police department. The police commission report about the FPF having the highest amount of complaints in the entire province (charles didn't complain to the commission, he complained to McKnight and was ignored). So, that leaves a lot of other people also being bullied by police.

Next thing we'll be hearing politicians whining about being bullied. Sorry, once you step into the public sphere, criticism happens.; 8:01 AM, February 27, 2012

Just because parents criticize politicians, doesn't mean that kids that start to mimic criticize, won't limit it to politicians. Ntheyll hear the parents do it about politicians and then turn around and criticize fellow kids.; 1:18 PM, February 27, 2012

Of course it not a simple as tht even if our children only listen to a Radio we hear that murder President Obama has just ordered the assassination of a 100 people who are citizens born in the USA area... why in most cases we are not given explanations.

President Obama orders murder of father and son just because there are visiting relatives in an area the of the world USA wants to control.

Our children are responding to these callous acts in a manner which appears similar to me as that control whimsically the political leaders.

Why would the Obama do these acts of murder publicly ?

To see how dumbfounded we are of course and to determine how much farther he can take his outrageous behavior before we say NO MORE !!!

Fredericton City Police are testing us.

I criticize the politicians regularly on many issues, that are in the public interest, and which the govt seems to be ignoring.

None of the student protesters were my family members, although I have encouraged them to join in should this continue to go on.

I taught my children that freedom of speech and expression matters, and the Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms is there to ensure that.

Responsible young people who question authority when authority needs to be questioned.

We are all responsible for setting an example and what the pupils at LHHS are doing is what more of the adults in this province need to do - ask for dignity, respect and the protection of laws that are already in place but the politicians, lawyers, police, judges, neighbours and parents ignore.
