The staff at that unit intimidate female patients into keeping company with the male patients, or they are threatened to be written up as being schizophrenic. There are staff members who physically abuse patients. There are doctors who have less education than orderlies working in that unit. The only way to prevent more deaths is to fire everyone and introduce lu ies from this century instead of the 18th century.
