Save money by stopping duplication in service. Train existing staff, not new staff to be more proficient in BOTH languages. Simple.This province just didnt start being English/French yesterday! Much ado about a politicaly bungled matter building hierarchies where it's unrequired. Maybe this booklet is a total waste,have not seen it. Good education starts in shools, its common sense, and at home.More quality time needs spent in those areas.

Unbelievable waste of money! But the patronage jobs have to earn their high salaries some way.

Why not ban shale gas and save the health care system huge amounts of money in preventing childhood asthma, human cancers, and premature death due to high smog levels in our cities and towns.
