...and people PAY to read it! I can't read the article, but in a place like New Brunswick, to hear that 'forestry is an untapped economic engine' is so hilarious it's no wonder older people don't watch political satire-reality is funny enough.

I don't know why Mikel thinks all the trees in NB are worthless but Charles is dead-on here - the rich and powerful own their own newspapers for a reason.

If they ever start stooping to give Charles an interview, you know it's time to liquidate the 401k.

That or congratulate Charles on his new employment.

I CAN'T read it because its behind a pay wall. But I certainly didn't 'dismiss it', in fact I made a comment on it.

I hardly said the trees are 'worthless', go read the comment again. New Brunswick's economy was primarily based on forestry as early as it was a province, and much of its revenue every year comes from stumpage fees. Numerous communities existence has been based on the trees, and many of them have practically disappeared when the industry recessed.

Does that sound 'untapped' to you?
