ELIZABETH (BETH) FELLOWS she is approximately 5'4, and 115lbs. Brown hair with blond foils/highlights, above should length. has a BLUE flower tattoo on side of her neck, near the back. and a green flower bracelet tattoo around one of her wrists. Height- 5’4 Approximately 115lbs Curly/wavy light brown hair, with blond foils/highlights Hazel eyes, freckle under right eye on cheek bone Pierced ears (first holes, on lobes), but doesn’t wear earrings Small (quarter size) blue flower tattoo at nape of neck, on left side of neck Green bracelet tattoo on wrist (unsure of which side) Unpainted finger nails (she does not like nail polish) Never wears rings on fingers, or bracelets She owns multiple coats, shoes, and outerwear. It is unknown what she was wearing while outdoors. She frequently wears hats (tuques), and finger mittens while outside. Her bank accounts are being tracked, there has been no activity. She is well known in her neighborhood. She was not in a relationship People-person, very friendly She did not own a vehicle The police retrieved her cell phone, and there is nothing in it that gave any info. All her contacts in her phone were already contacted. She was last seen at a friend’s house, who has already been contacted. Unknown as to what she was last wearing LAST SEEN IN DEVON AT 10AM. Unemployed Only on Southside for appointments. Always walked to appointments. No appointments on the day she went missing. ALL Family has already been contacted. SHE HAS NOT GONE MISSING BEFORE MANY newspapers, News, Radio etc. (across Canada) have already been contacted. Most have run the story. ALL hospitals, clinics, shelters, places she could reside in from here to Moncton, St. John, and others, have already been contacted. Her doctors would have been notified (NO exceptions) if she was in any sort of medical facility. It is unknown if she had her purse (ID, Medicare, etc)
