One body shows up in Fredericton obviously because the Police are not capable of protecting anyone and judging by the responses that is to close to home.

I don't see anything wrong with what Charles has done. There is no way to be shielded from the pain and anguish that having a missing loved one causes. It's no ones fault. Charles certainly has every right to ask the question...and the family would hear about it in some form or fashion. No matter how or when they found out, the pain wouldn't be any less.

The only way to be totally shielded from the pain is to not read any news or watch any tv.
