Charles I`ve been watching your videos for quite some time, and it`s always refreshing to see someone stand up for everyones rights and in part thats whay I watch, plus you give a perspective of Fredricton (from the average persons viewpoint) that is unique.
I was thinking, maybe now would be a great time to start a petition, taking off that unconstitutional ban on the legistature.

I'm not the author that wrote this story, but I've been wondering the same thing as well. How can a person be banned from a public building for life, without a Judicial Order...."not a piece of Legislative Assembly paper that the Sergeant of Arms drafted up." He has no Judicial Authority. If he did and if the ban was a legal document, poor olde Charles would be hauled away by the heels.. As you have seen in all of the videos of Charles and the FPF or the Commissionaires he is just pushed around and bullied. The only time he was taken away from the building is when MacDonald grabbed him and things didn't go well for MacDonald.... That's because, what he did was unlawful. I told Charles back then that he had been fully assaulted and illegally arrested and guess what, "The matter went away and so did the cop"
A person can be banned from a building by whomever is in charge of the building, but it must be for due cause. It's been three years now, and I believe that this ban needs to be challenged.
Neither Charles nor anyone else can be in the building disturbing the public servants, but he is a citizen and has the right to view the Legislature like anyone else providing he is respectful.
It's time to challenge, but it must be done with calmness and respect, so they can't re-ban you!!!

... and Charles has proven that he is incapable of showing that respect, hence the ban. He was given plenty of opportunity to correct his abusive behavior, but chose not to. Another example of Charles being the author of his own misfortune.
