As much as I dislike you and everything you do Charles, I would recommend dumping Rogers and switching to Aliant if you can. Just take my word for it. As you can see, I wouldn't wish Rogers on my own worst enemy :)
Rogers isn't all that bad. Once in a while it goes down, as do ALL ISPs when they are performing maintenance, but my speeds and service has been good. Mind you, some of their phone agents and policies are complete crap. Home phone is better than Aliant's though, especially since all of NB counts as "local"
