You just don't get it Charles. Publicly calling someone a racist is what is getting you into trouble.
You have your own definition of racism but it does not mesh with the sane world.
You are just digging a deeper hole and a longer stay in the Crowbar Hotel.

And this is why you're in trouble. At first I didn't really agree with the seizure but given that you're doing this? I absolutely agree with the police. Racist and gestapo? Come on. You've done this to yourself.

You know at first I was pissed off that they charged you with criminal defamation but now I understand why they did.
They know that you do not have the money to pay for any court awarded damages so this is their only recourse.
You have totally lost all credibility and the police are bang on in this instance.
Unless you have 100% conclusive proof that someone is a racist you had better not say it publicly.
Years ago when you were wronged in Saint John, you had a great chance to sue the police on a variety of things. You could have had a comfortable settlement. Now you have pissed all of that away to makes things very personal with local police.

Charlie, many of us out here have been telling you that you have to tone down your language. Not sure you understand the power of the written word to get you into trouble, but the more you continue to call people names, regardless of who they are or what they do, you're just giving the lawyers more evidence against you. Please take our advice Charlie and lighten up or you're going to give them all the evidence they need to find you guilty.
He'll be found guilty because he is and he's provided all the evidence the Crown needs himself. He'll probably get 6 months in jail because of his past record of being obstinate and not showing any remorse.
After that he'll be on probation and be ordered to keep the peace and be of good behaviour and on top of that, he will be prevented by Order to abstain from wiring commentary on the Internet, i.e. his blog is dead.

Not sure how that will impact his welfare and current living arrangements but with 6 months in jail, I assume those will be lost too.
All because he couldn't stop running his mouth even after dozens and dozens of readers warned him and told him to tone things down. But nope... Charkles is right and we're all wrong right Charles?
