I knew there was something wrong so I asked - What's wrong?
The individual said - I haven't visited your blog since the Cops took it. I'm afraid they'll see my IP address and arrest me.
My partner has a business and I don't need to have problems with the Police.
Scary stuff eh???

gee can that happen charles, maybe i won't visit any more neither or at least i will only say nice things. so if i don't support you it is not because i am not a supporter it is only because i don't want the police to see me supporting you. but i will still visit you page to learn things.

Charles isn't doing any of the quoting right now. I feel that he believes that he can't in fear of the threats that were made to him by the police. I'm not quite sure which story it is now, but Charles wrote that he was warned by the police that if he mentions the person or discusses the on going investigatioon that he will be arrested and held until trial. "SCARE TACTIC"....
Charles.... were you released on any conditions and if you were, who placed these conditions on you??? Was it on a paper or just word of mouth??
The reason I ask, is that you may be silenced by fear and not by the legal system. A judge would have had to release you on those kinds of conditions, not the police.
Let us know, there may be more to this than we are aware of yet. Fill in the blank, we'll take it from there.

All we want is an honest decision.

As if you had to explain, Eric. Even the "long time reader" knows that. He or she is just being theatrical, much the same way Charles puts on his shows.
Hard to imagine that nothing more than 110 members of FREDERICTON POLICE FORCE are capable of terrorizing a population of 45,000 people in Fredericton city.
That is a ratio of approximately 450 terrorized inhabitants to every one who member of Police who is doing the terrorizing.
This must be brainwashing my grandfather did not live scared like we must now.
