Is there any Water Falls in the Fredericton area??? Where are they? Please tell!!!

Someone asked me that question yesterday but I couldn't give an answer. Are there Water Falls in this Area???

Please tell me!!

Just like the Falls I visited in June 2010!!!!

I didn't know what to expect???

I climbed the cliff and turned my camera on to film the Falls for the first time.

Pretty scary...You could hear the falls but I couldn't see it!

Do you know where the Falls are located?

Charles - Dunbar falls is located just past the Durham Bridge on Highway 8. There's a dirt road on the left hand side (just before Nashwaak River Tubing), and if you follow the stream up you'll hit the falls after about a 20 minute hike.

There are falls off McLeod hill road called Danard Falls, there are falls in Bear Island called Howland falls, there are falls near Nackawic I believe called Indian Falls or they are located on Indian Trail and there are falls located in bloomsfield ridge on Bowaters property, cost you ten dollars to get by the gate. thats just right off the top off my head. each of these falls have a good height to them and are very beautiful to see.

Be careful walking there in the spring. You may trip over the shale gas water hoses drawing water out of Seymour Brook.

There was a power generating station there a long time ago.

the falls in bloomsfield ridge are around 100 feet high

There won't be anything like that in future if the frackers get ahold of the water!
