I am a law student and am certain that should he prevail as in not give up Andre Murray will successfully sue FREDERICTON POLICE FORCE and the offending members he has named to date.
He explains in simple terms how he is suing both THE CITY OF FREDERICTON and others for nothing more than $100 Court Client Services Filing Fee.

If when you say 'he' you mean Andre Murray I am certain with his Andre Murray's income he is not suing for money.
I only spoke once with Andre Murray about his legal self litigation and was convinced that Murray as an innocent has suffered so much at the hands of FREDERICTON CITY POLICE that he simply wants this brutal behavior towards all of us to stop.
Suing is not always for money and is best when money is not the motive.
We all want and deserve equity or justice Thank you Charles LeBlanc good luck to all warriors for justice.
