Not surprising. Many of the drivers in this province, especially Fredericton, make me want to tear my hair out because they suck at driving. The aging baby boomers are a hazard on the road. I bet there are many who shouldn't be driving.

Charles was in a vehicle and came upon an accident, but the driver of the vehicle Charles was in wouldn't stop so Charles could get more information on the accident.
