I heard it on the Police Scanner and the media emailed me.

I almost ran out to the Legislature but will be in the area around Noon.

He must have read my blog and got upset that the Peace Bond is a no go!!

Fredericton Police will not pursue a Peace Bond Case between Dan Bussieres and the Blogger!!!

I don't know if the headline makes sense but it's a case that began weeks ago when Fascist Sergeant At Arms Dan Bussieres came outside to face the Blogger.

Dan Bussieres called the Police the next day and asked for a French Police Officer.

He had two videos. One from me and he had a video in his hand.

I was approached by a Police Officer and asked if I would sign a Peace Bond?

I replied - I can't sign that Peace of Paper. I would be admitting guilt if I did that!!!

I was told that the Fredericton Police will not pursue this case any longer!!!

I wonder what's the next step for the infamous Dan Bussieres????

I'm the only guy who caught Stephen Stafford after the verdict.





T.J. Burke face the media!!!!









I showed up in Court and the Room was full!!! The small Court Room had 3/4 of Police Officers.

I decided to take a spot against the Wall but the Sheriff told me the Judge didn't want nobody blocking the door.

She directed me to a stop against the wall in the back middle of the Justice place.

I sat down and listened to the whole while there were 15 to 20 people standing in the hallway.

When I leaned that the Cop would be found Not Guilty. I whispered in Stephen Stafford - Congratulation.

After the verdict came and the Judge left he Court Room? Stephen Stafford quickly went to shake the hand of T.J. Burke.

All his Brothers and Sisters lined up to hug and shake the hand of their Brother.

I joined in and congratulated T.J. Burke, Stephen Stafford and his wife.

Of course, all good things must come to an end. The media quickly ran outside with the Cameras waiting for the People involved with the case to step outside.

This Blogger decided to follow Stephen Stafford for a shot with my camera.

Like a Vulture, I went for my prey while he took a side door.

One cop shouted- CHARLIE...CHARLIE...CHARLIE!!!!

What did he think I was going to do? Stop? Sorry...My prey was getting away!!!

So I went in Front of the Court House and there was T.J. Burke!!!





I got caught off Guard when the media turned around and asked me for my views????







One thing that I forgot to add is yes the Cops have to be very careful but it goes both ways!!!

When I filmed the confrontation at the Tannery or anywhere else?

If a citizen hits a Cop? I will have it on video!!!

Well.....this saga is over!!! But wait a minute??? It's not!!!

Under the Police Act? This could go on for another couple of years costing the Taxpayers a lot of money!!!

In my humble opinion? This issue should be settle as quickly as possible.

Stephen Stafford has paid the price by having this issue hung over his head for two years!!

Enough is enough!!!

Settle this as soon as possible!!
