HOURS AT NB LIQUOR WILL CHANGE ON APRIL 1ST!!! Is CEO Daniel Allain being fair to this profitable company???

5059078601_49cc5fee04_z

Charles,so there we have it.

NB liquor has decided when i can buy their products. Not before 10 AM and not after 9 PM.

This pisses me off completely. I live in the downtown of this wanna be Green city.

A while back, they closed the King Street location, and I ,like you Charles, had to hoof it to their half a store at the Superstore.

Nice folks work there, always friendly, but the selection is way off, so I have to make do, even while paying their ever increasing prices.

Cripes, they never have the deals like King did, t-shirts and things that i like, or the extras that go with some sizes etc.

Now, they tell me the Superstore is done at the end of March..so i will have to make two trips, for groceries and booze!!

Well guess what, I'm pissed off again. And to make the whole deal just worse, these boneheads not only close b4 my shift ends,

I hear they are not going to be open on Sunday. Well, what to heck is going on with that?

My Clancys in 12 cans is now $23.49, i grumble but pay. Now i will have to go to some other means to get beer and other stuff.

Not open Sundays? So what am I, not valued? Talk about rubbing it in your face that I have the only game in town.

And the girl at the liquor store told me she would have only a few hours a week of work, if she was lucky. Seems the workers are getting screwed over fast and hard and its a damn hard place to work.

So, I wonder, what changed to make it this bad? It seems i hear the government. Nice job boneheads.

I hope this backfires in your faces bigtime.

If you cant do a better job than this, give up, sell it to Irving, because i know darn well they will be open Sunday and not shut at 9PM either.

So much for thinking this new downtown store will be helpful.

If this is some cost cutting measure as is said, how does pissing me off as a customer make them make more money? Boneheads.

I thought they were supposed to serve the public. This is the biggest disservice i have ever seen.

What to hell is next? A new budget comes down soon, i sure hope this is not to be the norm. What a sad, sad place this is turning into.

A very angry drinking New Brunswickers!!!

WOW, What a Government! Changes hours of the liquor store?? WOOOO WE. What a genius idea. Must have a Friend in mind for that million saving! Go, go, er, the nb premier, whats his name.

Meanwhile the people have to do the job of these seniour citizen stop sign cops! lol Less trouble wit seniours!

Night Owl, an after hours club in Moncton, has been ordered closed for 45 days by order of the Court of Queen's Bench after a team leader of N.B. Safer Communities and Neighbourhoods (SCAN) presented evidence of underage drinking, unlicensed sale of alcohol, alcohol sales to minors, parking lot brawls and late night noise.

SO CHARLES IS RIGHT!!!

What's wrong with the old way, calling police? It isn't hard to prove the complaints listed above. Why haven't charges been laid? They apparently have the evidence, for it was required to get the court order.

Or is the 'evidence' so weak it wouldn't convict anyone? If that's the case, we have two problems: Police or investigators failed to do a proper job but want people penalized anyway on the basis of weak evidence and suspicion; and courts that should be upholding strict standards of evidence and personal rights are treating businesses and individuals as if they are convicted without any charge being laid.

Man people are still buying beer rather than making it? It's so much cheaper to make it yourself.
It's not as hard as you think!

Scott! Alkies can barely make it to the liquor store. Only certain times of the day can they pass the breath test. I mean, 407,286,000 dollars of liquor products keeps a LOT of New Brunswickers pretty woozy!
You need a bit of working brain to make da beer.

Everyone must be watching CTV. That's the only channel where I saw it.

WOW, a HUGE propaganda campaign! Moncton tried a gambit PERIOD. And it failed. Harper said "Pay your own police". The public service are scamming New Brunswickers, BIG TIME!

Wayne Lang says RCMP provides good value and he's glad Moncton has stuck with the service

The top Mountie in New Brunswick says the RCMP is providing good value to the people of this province and residents appear to be pleased with the policing.

The irving paper is nothing but a propaganda rag. Its sickening to try and read it! (online) I would not pay one cent for their opinion on ANYTHING.
Too many people were ripped in the past 40 years

Here, is where our "present" millionaires, are getting their advice from, on how to run New Brunswick. ARKANSAS!! The uselless bunch would learn FAR more from google! The people on senior pension better watch out!! The rcmp are out to get ever $179 ticket they can get from you! You are the only one with a sure income anymore!

QUOTE!!
The poorest poor hit record highs. Twenty-eight states had increases in the share of people below $10,977 in income, half the poverty line for a family of four. The highest shares were in the District of Columbia, Mississippi, Kentucky, Arkansas and South Carolina. Nationally, the poorest poor rose to 6.3 percent.

Got it for Christmas.

It's wonderful. Two days minimum - Longer you leave it the stronger it gets. Apparently day 21 can do some damage to you if you aren't ready.

But I still like my Piccaroons.
