I think Olie the groundhog would make a better head of the NB Provincial Capital Commission. Right now it is just a bunch of cronies pushing money around to all their friends.

To make matters worse, they don't even know if there's a groundhog in the mound of dirt they've dubbed as the home of Oromocto Ollie.
They put a camera say they put a camera down one of the holes, but they wouldn't give the tape to the media, when it was requested. I heard one of the CC members tell one reporter that they weren't sure if it was a groundhog or a fox in the hole. What a joke!
