Those comments have nothing to do with skating at Officer's Square. Why do you do allow that?

Which reminds me, I see the statue of Lord Beaverbrook (Max Aitken) is safe and sound at Officer's Square, where there was also flooding in 2008. What's the diff between that statue and Robbie Burns?
