1. Monday, January 11- Fredericton MLA Rallies:

- 9:30a.m.- MLA Greg Byrne and MLA Rick Miles Constituency Offices- both located at 83 Regent Street, Fredericton.

- 10:30a.m.- MLA Kelly Lamrock and MLA T.J. Burke Constituency Offices- both located at 288 Union Street, Fredericton.

- 11:30a.m.- Rally in a high traffic area in the City to see if we get honking local support as we have in all the other areas so far throughout N.B.

2. Thursday, Januray 14- N.B. Power Sale/Referendum Fredericton Town Hall:

- 7:00p.m.- Christ Church Cathedral Memorial Hall- 168 Church Street, Fredericton

You have to sit in 8 sessions of the legislature and he is in his seventh.

WOW!! This changes everything!!!

So? Mike Murphy is not qualify for the huge pension which as House Leader he introduced to the House.

He must have known that he wasn't going to make it for an 8th session < which will be in October >

He must have realize he wasn't going to be re-elected by why not leave in class???

But I still can't stop thinking of the rich pension he will not be able to collect.

Something tells this Blogger that he'll be back in 2014!!!

HOW TO HOLD A PROTEST AT THE NEW BRUNSWICK LEGISLATURE AND BE HEARD BY THE GOVERNMENT AND THE MEDIA!!!!

Ok... the first thing to do is point out a place of gathering.

Some protests will just gather in front of the Legislature and listen to a few speeches and go home. The sad part here is the MLA'S who are inside the so-call People's House never heard you.

Here's how to do it!!!

There are two choices.

1- Protesters can gather at Officer's Square on Queen Street. < one block away from the Legislature >





2- They can also gather at the Farmer's Market on King Street. < Half a block away >





Once everyone is settle, it's time to march towards the Legislature with a Police Escort.

Once there, it's a great way for pictures of the protest in front of the Legislature.



But sadly, you're not being heard by the MLA'S inside the building.

Yes...you will hear the speakers but I don't believe this is the true reason you're standing in the very cold wind in front of the Legislature.

Everyone should gather in the parking lot which is located on the right side of the Legislature.



Why? The chamber is located behind these windows.




Trust me!!! You will be heard. They could even hear you on Rogers television.

What I find funny is many protesters will go inside to sit in the gallery. They sit there and listen to all the Bullshit from the MLA'S!

Of course this is after being search by the Quebec Security Staff.

You're better off to stand outside and voice your anger.

Anyway...this is the way to hold a Protest at the New Brunswick Legislature and be heard by the Government and the media.

Raid in Moncton???

Received this email yesterday but I will admit that it's a little confusing.

I was wondering if you heard of the pre xmas raid done by NB aquaculture police on a business in Moncton that has been raising tilapia in a warehouse for 8 years legally.

This research facility was issued papers by the dfo and is not under aquaculture nb jurisdiction it is under DFO.

DFO sent them,the same people who issued the papers.

DFO senior adviser already admitted before this raid that they could not undo the harm that has been done to this business it was the same senior adviser whom sent the fish police.

Apparently DFO lost these papers and decided to use the province's fish police.

One of the only permits of its kind issued in Atlantic Canada.

This type of thing has been going on for years.

Its a long story.

If your in Moncton and have some time maybe you would be interested because it involves many avenues of provincial and federal government infrastructure.

It also involves windmills and hydroponic greenhouse's.

When some one is forced to do something against there will and without legal reason it is called extortion.

Given that the provincial Conservatives declared the N-B Power deal
unacceptable less than an hour after the complicated memorandum of
understanding was announced, it's not surprising they had formed an
opinion as to Mike Murphy's motive for resigning at about the same time
as he was telling reporters that he was stepping down to devote more
time to his family and law practice.

Not surprisingly, the Tories claim Murphy is quitting because he simply
can't live with the N-B Power deal. And listen, I've been dazzled by
political sleight of hand enough to know they could turn out to be
right. But so far, there is no evidence to suggest that's the case, and
I think - until there is - I think it's unfair to imply Murphy isn't
telling the truth.

Even a cynic like me can understand the demands placed on politicians -
not to mention the verbal abuse they take from the opposition and
loudmouths like me. Six-and-a-half years of that would be more than
enough for most people. And if you've arrived at that decision, Murphy
is right when he says - in politics - there's never a perfect time to
make that announcement.

But that's not the main reason I believe Murphy. The main reason is that
I can't help thinking...if it were me and I was no unhappy with my party
and its leader that I could see no other alternative than to quit, I
would have no problem saying so. I mean, why wouldn't you? If it's
something you feel that strongly about, why would you go out of your way
to say otherwise as Murphy did? It just doesn't make sense.
