Yes....it has been quite a battle since I've been banned for life from the New Brunswick Legislature!!! I was banned from the Legislature because of the murder of a young girl!!!

This Makes me Mad that anybody get banned from the legislature be banned without reason, It saddens me that Politican or anyone who works for the Provincal or Federal Government smear Freedom of Speach
I am relatively new at giving legal advice but let me try;
Instead of repeatedly showing up a the legislature where you are banned from and confronting over and over again the security guys that are just doing their job, and since you claim they have done you wrong, how come you are not charging them or suing them ?

Individuals can't 'charge' somebody with a crime. It's not the security personnel that Charles would sue, but the government of New Brunswick. While all the facts aren't out there, we do know most of them, and I suspect Charles would have a VERY good chance of winning a lawsuit against the government of New Brunswick.
Of course that takes money, which he doesn't have. But some critics may want to keep it in mind that a nice lawsuit would set Charles up for life-no more welfare payments. Mind you, it would cost taxpayers an awful lot more.
Dragging a murdered girl into your fantasies? Have you no shame?
Everyone knows why you're banned. You harass people. No one has to put up with harassment. The proof is that you're now harassing families of two dead people. Unbelievable.

I think that you need a trial to show who, what, where, when and how things got to be the way they are. Its easy for everyone to put you down when in fact if it happened to them they would be contacting you to promote their agenda.
