What he has failed to explain, at least in a public forum is why he backs the crooked power deal.

His rights don't extend to physical assault. Ironically Charles can be CHARGED with assault for merely standing on the lawn at the legislature, but an MLA can threaten to 'take any of you outside' and all he gets is three days off.
I don't think it's 'ridiculous' that somebody would be embarassed by this. This has nothing to do with the power deal, but with basic common sense. Anger accomplishes nothing, as Abel now knows full well. VERY few people have said that they support this gesture, though we won't know the long term effects til September.
I suspect that like many liberals he knows his days are numbered for reasons that had nothing to do with him (depending on his vote of course), and he's just blowing off many years of pent up steam.
No doubt this is why the NB legislature was last to televise proceedings and still doesn't make the transcripts available. As Charles has shown, when you have people who can act without scrutiny, this is what you get.
If anger accomplishes nothing, how come history CELEBRATES the furious anger of what they call, GREAT LEADERS. Humorubbie, All Kings of France, Romans,ETC!
