The media are not covering the facts about the cuts to Legal Aid in New Brunswick!!!

The media is trying to brainwash the public by only covering the issue of access to Legal Aid by Couples who are getting a divorce!!!

Excuse moi?????

I remember in 2006, after I was acquitted in Saint John afterr my false arrest.

The media was waiting to hear from me after my trial was over.







The first thing to come out from my mouth was - I wish you guys would cover the fact that I had no rights to a lawyer!!

But they didn't!!!

I just heard last week that many people in Saint John are being charge for such crime as resisting arrest.

Once in court? They are encourage by the Defense to plead guilty and they're be on probation for a couple of months.

THEY ARE TOLD - YOU DON'T HAVE THE RIGHT TO A LAWYER!!!

That's exactly what my duty consul told me in 2006.

Maybe not those exact words but she said - Legal Aid New Brunswick will not cover this!!!

THIS IS SCARY STUFF!!!

This is how Ashley Smith died in Prison because her sentence increase while she was behind bars.




Did you ever watch the CBC Program Fifth Estate on Ashley Smith?

Very scary stuff....If I would have been found guilty in Saint John? I believe that I would have gone through the same episode.

THE ASHLEY SMITH STORY

Very sad eh????

I was arrested in 2006 and quickly found out how the Government treats trouble makers.

1- No right to a lawyer.

2- Found Guilty < Can't win against cops who lies in Court >

3- Sentence to three months in jail.

4- Once behind bars? Attitude problem!!!

5- Sentence is increase while in jail.

6- End up years in jail.

7- All this because you had no rights to a lawyer!!!!


I wrote this little story in my column of the River Valley News years ago.

It went like this -

I remember one evening in Saint John. < Around 10 years ago > I got drunk at a Bar.

While walking home, two members of the Saint John Police Force stop and jumped me.

I didn't know what was going on?

Once in the Drunk tank? I asked a Private security Guard if I could have my inhaler??

The guard laughed at me.

Well? I got upset and demanded my medication!!!!

I shouted but to no avail!!!

Suddenly!!! Six members of the Saint John Police Force quickly open my cell and chained me to the steel bed.

Well? I was stubborn and fought back.

They chained my legs and arms to the steel bed and left me there.

I tried to cut my throat with the chain.

Why would I do such a foolish act you asked???

If I did succeed to cut my throat? The ambulance would be called and I would be getting my inhaler.

The Cops must have been watching over a video camera to what I was doing?

They came AGAIN to the cell and asked - What are you doing???

I said again- I want my puffer!!!

At the end, I got my puffer.

They unchained me and I went to bed.

The next morning, I was very upset. They release me and I said - Where do I make a complaint?

The private security guard directed me in a laughing manner where I was suppose to go.

I was no fool! I knew the alcohol was still in my system so I went back in the office to voice a complaint three days later.

I made myself very clear that if someone needs their medication? They must be given their inhaler!!!

Three months later someone died in the same prison cell!!!

Yes, I know exactly what Ashley Smith had to go through!!!

They said in the story that she was adopted.

Maybe she had some Scottish Genes in her??? < Very Stubborn!!! >

There are many Ashley Smith's in our jail system that we will never hear from again and once in a while? Someone dies and it stays in the media for a few days.

But the scary part in this Province is the Shawn Graham Government told the Police they can singled out any poor New Brunswicker!!!

The Cop will grab you and you'll say- Hey!!! Keep your hands off me!!

He'll say - You're under arrest for resisting arrest!!!

Once in court? How can you defend yourself against a lying cop????

IMPOSSIBLE!!!

I got lucky because Harold < The Iron Horse > Doherty step up to the plate!!! < Free of charge >






As a matter of fact? The R.C.M.P. are now investigating my complaint of the way I was handle at the Funeral of Romeo LeBlanc.

This tells me the Shawn Graham Government are applauding the murder of Ashley Smith!!

Why???

They support the system of Cops lying in a Court of law to convict the less fortunate.

They know these people cannot represent themselves in a Court of Law!!!

IT'S AN IMPOSSIBLE TASK!!!!

So how does a person like myself handle the mis-justice done to me?

Well? Since I have way too much time on my hand?
