I can't speak for Molly's as another artist was in charge of modeling that entire block, but City Hall was one of the many buildings I spent time modeling. I was also the one who threw everything into the kmz file and sent it off to the city to pass onto Google, and know that City Hall was included along with the rest of the file. Unfortunately I was never told why this particular model was removed, or who's decision it was to remove it (but I can't see Google making the call). Here's an image of what it looked like in the original kmz file, prior to leaving my hands.

Its nice that people are starting to notice the rest of the models have been added though, these were built more than a year ago but were only recently officially added, so some buildings are bound to be changed...bye-bye bus station :(
