If Tyrant Quebecois Sergeant-at-Arms of the New Brunswick Legislature can't keep the People's House Clean?? Well...

No weeding...no moving of the lawn...What a disgrace to the many tourists who visits the Legislature.

It's issues like this one that I used to blog when I was around and inside the Legislature.

I remember blogging a lamp that was full of spider web.

It was clean the next day!!!!

Last night I read a comment from Charles about possibly removing comments that promoted hate or bigotry. Yet, as I sift through all of his postings, I keep seeing people's faces and clothing altered to resemble Nazis and Hitler. I also see that he uses the Quebec Flag in lieu of the Nazi symbol. Hey Charles, the last time I checked, the Sergeant-At-Arms didn't send 7 million to their deaths and I'm quite certain that Quebec didn't invade and occupy several countries against their will. To compare a provincial flag to that of the Nazi Party Flag and to compare someone who has served a trespass notice on you as to that of Adolf Hitler is insulting to this the Sgt-At-Arms, the province of Quebec and its people not to mention the millions of Jewish people who perished. Charles, it is called tact, start showing some, you might earn more respect from the readers and I do believe you might be seen as credible rather than an ignorant buffoon!

Administrations make administrative decisions. In your case it seems they decided to protect their employees against harassement in the work place. Not only would it be the administration's right to do so, it is their responsibility to do so. No trial no conviction there, banning is an interdiction.

The decision to ban you still doesn't justify the use of nazism especially in the manner that you have. Don't get me wrong, I think that there is some substance to your argument but why not challenge this by using the Human Right's Commission or perhaps the Provincial Ombudsmen's office? All I am saying is that using Hitler and Nazi analogies in the context that you do serves only to insult the victims and their families who suffered under the Nazis. I don't think you are doing it intentionally but you are marginalizing everything that happened.

Hitler got his power the same way,by taking away very small and what some or even many would have considered trivial and marginal things at first and look how it ended up!

Human Rights Commision,what a laugh,Ombudsman,double chuckle!

It's been said before, and it will be said again, but I also agree with the poster above. People's actions speak loudly enough, and back when Charles was banned and the whole story was explained Charles had almost universal sympathy.

We've discussed before that 'fascism' is part of EVERY country, and its not necessarily bad. To equate this situation with ANY aspect of nazism is simply terrible, but even more importantly, it defeats the purpose.

Charles has no legal representation, no money, he relies solely on public support. I support his rights and would help any way possible, but I cringe when I see the fascism and Brussiere's references. Again, its a security officers JOB to enforce security, the beef is with eight elected MLA's and a hidden process that lets them ban who they want. They are under no requirement to listen to Mr. Brussiere's, and I can't remember which MLA it was, but I recall one of them essentially saying "if Dan wants it then its fine with me" or something like that.

THAT is where 'fascism' comes into play. It does make it more difficult to defend Charles, and I know a lot of previous supporters who no longer support him, which makes it simply bad public relations.

But, it IS a free (sort of) country, and nobody is forced to come to the blog. While I don't agree with much of what Charles does, I support his right to do it, so long as its legal (and even that depends, since the 'legal' system in canada has lately been stretched kind of thin.)

I will also admit that in a world where the poor have few opportunities to 'take a punch' at the powers that be, it may simply make Charles and others 'feel good' to create or see those items. If it does that, then that's something. I would imagine its gotten Mr. Brussiere's a couple of raises in the last couple of years.

The purpose of what?

Fascism should and needs to be defeated!

The kind of false flag induced colonial wars western nations have engaged in are the 21st century's version of Nazism.

Petty stuff on the 'homefront' somewhat mimics early Nazi activities (propaganda, collaboration with corrupt corporations, civil liberties crackdowns*) & can only be expected.

That we don't see more trouble at this stage seems to be due to our collective inability to wake up our defend ourselves and our countries.

People will settle for the smiling snake who promises to do right after year upon year of failure.
