Unedited CBC video of Blogger being arrested by members of the Saint John Police Force!!!!

Pictures 055

I understand that it's not everyone who watch CBC. Often you'll miss a news report on any newscast.

Maybe you missed this one?

These pictures were taken from ATV reporter Mike Cameron.

He filmed a little and focused on the Protesters who were wearing masks!!! Why video a rookie Blogger???..lol

Before being walked 30 feet and forced on the floor?

Chis Erb took these two pictures.

ARREST

This picture really got the Judge UPSET.

He shouted at the Prosecutor - DOES THIS LOOK LIKE A MAN WHO IS RESISTING ARREST??? Also take a close look how I'm holding my camera? I had a good grip on my little toy.

Now comes CBC cameraman Roger Cosman.

Roger got me in the video taking a picture from the right.

Another on one knee.

You clearing see Police officer John Parks pushing me 30 feet against the wall.

One officer of interest is this guy!!

His name is Mike McCaig!!!

He's an undercover cop of the Saint John Police Force. His job was to grab my camera.

saint john police forcePictures 041

I might add that he testified in court that the camera was on the floor.

After you see the video, you will clearly see that he puts my camera inside his jacket.

I might add that the Saint John Police Force deleted close to 200 pictures from my camera.

They destroyed the evidence which would have shown exactly where I was located.

Very scary stuff!!!

To this day, I still believe there's a connection with the Fredericton Police Force.

Six days earlier, I took these pictures and post them on my blog.

14

It was a peaceful protest call Immigrants without Borders. It was a National protest across Canada.

ATV quickly used these pictures on their newscast and the protesters charge the Fredericton Police Force with Racism.

This left a huge GIANT black eye for the Fredericton Police Force but Police Chief Barry MacKnight quickly denounced the arrest < He did a good job >

Now here I was writing in my blog- I'm going to Atlantica next weekend!!!!

I'm certain someone said- He's going to Atlantica eh?

They made a phone to the Saint John Police Force and said- GET HIM!!!!

Payback is a bitch!!!

I can't prove this but why would that cop go for my camera and delete all my pictures from my camera without a search warrant?

I might add that what happened after the verdict of my trial was much worse!!!

The R.C.M.P. covered up all the facts and the Government agreed with the procedure of the Saint John Police Force and the R.C.M.P.!!!

I can't located Computer Geek to post the video on the Blog so a youtube will have to do for now!!

Click below for the video - < Enjoy watching fascism at work!!! > Maybe now you'll understand why I'm so upset.

I might add that John Parks told the court that he saw me coming from behind him. That's impossible!!

Anyway...watch the video....

I'm just an ordinary, working person who enjoys reading your blog for an alternative view to the mainstream media's slant on politics, economy and the environment. You couldn't pick me out of the crowd because I'm just like everybody else, 2.5 kids, a mortgage and kids.

But the more I read your blog and the more I talk to people about the issues that are facing Canadians today, from the severe economic crisis to increasing unemployment to the penchant for militarism and the glorification of violance and war, the more I am convinced that we are sliding into a fascist state that has me very afraid for what the future holds not only for me but for my children.

If the cops can arrest you and get away with it, then they can do it to anyone.

I am afraid of the police.

I thought this was a democracy but it isn't anymore. Speak up and see what happens. Social disapproval will soon be followed by economic pressure to shut up.

Charles, don't ever stop. The minute you do, I know it's over and we may as well just head for the cliff like a bunch of lemmings.

Well I read your blog and I must say that it gave me a couple of flashbacks. One was being in court for your trial and watching the goings on with the police officers getting up one by one and putting their rehearsed X's on the diagrams on the spot where they said you were and blah, blah, blah, and then we watch the film and you weren't even in the spots that they had X'd all week. It was such a long and boring trial until the last day when we watched the truth. I am so glad that I had taken that weeks vacation and seen it live myself.
The other cops name is Mike McCaig. He followed me around one night while I was babysitting a young kid who's Mother was in Toronto having an operation for cancer. I drove the young boy to his home to get his homework. I stayed in the car with the lights on the door so he could go in the house and get his homework. I noticed this greaseball looking guy driving a car like a datsun and staring at me while driving by slowly. I remember mentally taking his license plate number because I thought that he must of known there was nobody home he was going to come back and break in. I got the surprise of my life when that cop and about 35 others busted down our door in the middle of a cold January night a few years back. I am going to write about this story sometime in your blog because its a long one but it certainly needs to be told.

Charles why keep complaining, take court action, start a legal fund drive, people will donate

I would fill a lawsuit against the Saint John Police Force, R.C.M.P. and the Government.

But one lawyer told me it would cost $5,000 to start.

Sorry...my readers don't have that kind of money.

What have to happen here is an independent inquiry.

COPS SHOULD NOT INVESTIGATE COPS PERIOD!!!

Especially here in New Brunswick since Minister of Police Safety ..opppsss Public Safety is a former cop himself.

You just keep a close eye on the result of the investigation of the murder of Professor John McKendy.

Stay tuned!!!

It is so sad that the cops were under oath and lying. How many times does this happen. I do not believe that Charles is the only one that this has happened to, so how many poor souls are in our over crowded jails because of lying cops? Thats another question?

most all the time there is no need for the police to use force... it's the same old same old police administering their RULE over people in a POLICE STATE... one day they will no longer RULE as our BOSSES... their job is not to protect and serve but to RULE and ABUSE their Powers

Anonymous said...

Cops or police cannot be trusted anymoreeeeeeeeeeeee...

i do not trust the police system nor the court system... the system is nothing but a RULE and ABUSE over the people in a police state... and yes... canada is a police state... do ur home work folks... stop being fooled...

law is not about safety but about collecting revenue and RULE over the people and controling the people by whatever means

keep up the good works charles... ur blog tells it as it is and i like that... three here... over and out

Charles, it is not only the less fortunate who are faced with these issues, those who pay big bucks for laywers still have challenges with the "truthfulness" of the officers.

I agree it is not an easy job and it is possible to get overzealous when/if you feel your safety is challenged. It is important to make a decision quickly, and under duress, it might not be the right one - but when it is not - just admit a mistake was made - don't twist the events to cover the mistake - my mom told me telling a lie to cover a lie or mistake is worse than just admitting it in the first place.

Did you ever notice the similarity in the way the faces of the protesters are hidden just like the metting in Ottawa where the so called anarchist were really police??

Obviously the law is no longer functioning so its basically up to people to ultimately defend themselves and property!

It Does Not cost 5000$ to start a lawsuit! Most of it can be done Yourself with or without the aid of a Lawyer!
Getting your Paperwork Properly filed is most Important, also studying the Rules of Court!

Suing the RCMP is a little different as You will need to Serve the Minister of Justice First with Notice that You intend to Sue? The Devil holding the Door for Satan?

A person can sue without a lawyer but its tough-it does take work and maybe Charles ADD brain just isn't cut out to handle it. Any lawyer that asks for $5000 up front is obviously one of those ambulance chasers looking for a cheque only to say the next week "sorry, no case".

$5000 is nowhere near enough to cover a court case, which means a lawyer would take the case based on its merits and take a percentage of the settlement costs. Definitely talk to more lawyers, consultations are ALWAYS free, any lawyer who charges for one is trying to take you to the cleaners. All the evidence is quite clearly all gathered and readily available. There's a lawyer in St. John who is suing the province and St. John police force over the wrongful imprisonment of a guy now finally out of jail and dying of cancer-he obviously doesn't have tons of cash. And don't underestimate any blog where people buy you camera's and external hard drives.

However, people shouldn't overdo the 'police state' stuff. Police are like any other institution, there are good and bad officers, there are good officers that make bad decisions. And like any institution there are institutional rules which let internal integrity overrule the publics best interests.

And like any institution when it is threatened for any reason they tend to close ranks. The military does the same thing, even bureaucrats will do the same thing.

But that doesn't mean anything for 'police' in general. There would be a hell of a lot more people drinking and driving if it weren't for police. Bad policies don't rule out the benefit of an institution just like poor health care doesn't mean nurses or doctors are fascists or bad. A good percentage of police officers in Fredericton are actually 'civilians'.

This goes back to the first post, there is really no 'sliding' down some violent hole. There is really no penchant for militarism-that's ancient history. The majority of canadians disagreed with the Afghanistan mission to begin with, and that has only increased. Massive protests happened before the war even started.

Go back and look at the propaganda for the two world wars if you want to see a REAL glorification of violence. By contrast, in Afghanistan the only reason ANY canadian supports the mission is because of the 'mentioned' aim of reducing violence-hopefully ending it.

The same goes for democracy, there are FAR more democratic tools available today than at any time in Canada's past. Canada has never been a 'democracy', but the tools are at least increasing. In other words, don't be thinking things are getting worse, in many ways things are getting far better. Probably the BIGGEST problem right now is not even politics but in media. Canada has the most monopolized media in the industrial world. If Charles story were covered on the news every week in the mainstream media there is no way New Brunswickers would stand for it-however, most NBers simply don't KNOW about it, or have forgotten.

The internet is beginning to change that, but change takes time (usually). For years people lived in a society exactly as it is today but never even knew to actually question how it operates. So it comes down to how people want to see the glass-half full of water or half full of beer.

people have sued canadian police and won, do some google searches

They really did a job on ya Charlie, my boy, but what the hell, let the boy's have their fun.I'm sure it causes them a great deal of excitement indeed.
What really matters, my friend is that any clear thinking individual knows that you are the best there is around here in the field of journalism. BAR NONE!!!! I don't give a rats bare behind what they say, Charlie, you're the best. PERIOD, so keep up the good work, my friend, You're doin' one helluva fine job, as usual.

Mikel, no lawyer in their right mind would take on Charles' case on a contingency fee basis. His case is FAR from a sure thing and no lawyer is going to waste 6 months to a year with only a slight chance of a pay cheque.
