Well you could be charged under the trespass act. There was a sign telling you that it was private property and to stay out and you still ignored it and trespassed. Hey look it up, I did.

I think you have to be warned first that you are indeed tresspassing before they can charge?
I think its more for insurance reasons ,like if somebodys taking pictures from some place they shouldnt be and fall in and drown?

Considers Been Laden is part of the fraudulent US war on terror, I wouldn't worry too much.
(They fat-bodied citizens need their AC/power too much to mess with our power stations).
Now, the dam being well past-due for a replacement is a whole different story - that one might keep me up at night if I lived along the riverside.
Onside concrete replacement only gives you so much time to fix things properly, it is not even a semi-permanent solution.

Get real, to see and find out about something as a dam that could fail and cause a great deal of damage to homes, businesses and innocent lives is much more important that trespassing. Just because you didn't think of doing it. Really. I would of done it.
WOW-I didnt know the Dam was in such "ram shambles"-good pictures-these should be on the front page of the Daily Gleaner!! As far as you trespassing and all the comments, who cares! When you are a good reporter you do what you have to do, some people just dont have the %^% to do it like you!!

Also if there is no harm or injury to someones property than there is not STANDING in law or others no grounds for a legal action against anyone for anything because loss must occur before STANDING in law occurs.

Nice pictures of Dam... yes I know people who work maintain the Dam we do not need security on the dam.
Alternatively we the Dam drained and completely repaired.
